Who are we?
We are two doctors, Tina Kølle and Anette Dideriksen, and we run a clinic together. During our day-to-day work, you may also meet Gitte Leander Krarup, Pia Ficher Madsen, and Sabina Ferigno Christensen, who are our consultation nurses. Our secretary, Lisbeth Rafn, may assist you over the phone or in the clinic. Our clinic is also a teaching clinic for younger doctors in training. On Fridays, Dr. Peter Winge assists in the clinic
Emergency appointments must be scheduled over the phone on weekdays between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. You are NOTallowed to show up without a scheduled appointment.
A facial mask MUST be worn if you have any respiratory symptoms, such as coughing, a sore throat, etc.
Call between 8:00 and 12:00 PM, and we will determine whether an emergency appointment, a regular appointment, or a video consultation is appropriate. Only if the issue is deemed an emergency will you be placed in the queue to see either a nurse or a doctor.
When you arrive at the clinic, you must swipe your sygesikringskort (Danish health insurance card) through the swipe slot on the welcome screen in the patient waiting room. Once you have swiped your card, a time slot will appear on the screen. However, this time slot is not guaranteed, as emergency cases may cause time variations. Patients will be seen in the order of the emergency consultation queue, NOT according to the displayed time slot.
Emergency consultations are short, typically lasting 5–10 minutes. Waiting in the patient waiting room may be necessary. Please note that during emergency consultations, only the emergency issue will be addressed. If other non-emergency issues are present or noticed by the doctor, a regular appointment will need to be scheduled with the secretary after the emergency consultation.
For issues that are complex, long-standing, require a detailed discussion, a prescription, or further tests, a regular appointment with the doctor must be scheduled.
Call us at (+45) 33966051 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on weekdays.
For acute illness between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, you can call our regular phone number (+45) 33966051, and you will be redirected to the on-call clinic.
If you need to see a doctor after 4:00 PM, please call (+45) 1813 and follow their guidance.
The clinic only has consultations with an appointment prior to arrival. In the case of emergencies, contact the clinic after 08:00 (AM)

To consult a specialist, you need a referral. The doctor will assess whether a referral is necessary, so you must first be examined by a doctor. The doctor will also determine if an urgent referral is required.
If you are a Group 2 patient, you can choose a specialist yourself, but you will need to cover the cost.
No referral is required for ear, nose, and throat specialists (ENT) or ophthalmologists (eye specialists).
If you wish to see a physiotherapist, you can choose to pay for the treatment yourself.
If the doctor determines that physiotherapy is medically necessary, you can receive a referral, which reduces your cost to only 2/3 of the total fee. A medical assessment by the doctor is required before a referral can be issued.
In addition to the standard services covered by health insurance, there are a few services that patients must pay for themselves.
Certificates for employers are paid by the patient, who can then seek reimbursement from their employer. Most insurance certificates are settled directly with the insurance companies, but some of these certificates are not covered by the general agreement.
Below, you will find our price list for these services:
Certificates | Price |
Driver’s license medical certificate | (625 DKK incl. VAT) – 500.00 DKK |
Sick leave certificate requested by employer | – 560.00 DKK |

If you have a chronic illness and take daily medication, it is a good idea to schedule annual doctor visits, also known as annual check-ups.
When attending your scheduled annual check-up, it is not possible—according to the agreement with the health insurance system—to address other health issues during the same consultation.
If you have additional health concerns, you will need to book a separate appointment on another day.
Annual check-ups are scheduled consultations with nurses and, in some cases, doctors. Often, the check-up begins with a consultation with a nurse, depending on your condition.
The purpose of these check-ups is to continuously monitor your treatment and take timely action if your condition changes.
Together, we will assess your health status using laboratory tests and clinical examinations.
We will review and adjust your medication, and you will receive prescriptions for your next consultation.
Together, we will set treatment goals for the upcoming year and determine how often you should visit the clinic.
• Type 2 diabetes (sugar disease)
• COPD (“smoker’s lungs”)
• Cardiovascular diseases (previous heart attack, high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, heart failure)
• Depression and anxiety (requiring recurring or long-term medical treatment)
• Osteoporosis (brittle bones)
• Myxedema (underactive thyroid)
If you have Type 2 diabetes, we will assign you a dedicated team consisting of a regular doctor and a nurse.
Depending on how well your condition is managed, we will offer between 1 to 4 visits per year with the nurse.
Before your annual check-up with the nurse, you will need to have blood tests done, and approximately every two years, a heart ECG (electrocardiogram) will also be required.
During your check-ups, we will focus on:
• Blood sugar levels
• Blood pressure
• Cholesterol levels
• Kidney and liver function
• Diet
• Smoking
• Alcohol consumption
• Physical activity
• Sleep quality
• Neuropathy (nerve inflammation)
• Eye examination – conducted by an ophthalmologist
• Foot examination – conducted by a podiatrist
During pregnancy and in the postpartum period, the following examinations are offered at the clinic:
During this visit, we will complete the pregnancy and maternity health records together while conducting a thorough review of:
• Health, family, and work conditions
• Any use of medication, tobacco, and alcohol
• Guidance on diet, vitamins, and exercise
Additionally:
• A blood test and urine test will be performed.
• You will receive information about the option for Down syndrome screening, which includes:
• Ultrasound examination of the fetal nuchal translucency
• Blood tests from the pregnant woman
(Both screenings are conducted at the hospital.)
In Region H, the nuchal translucency screening is offered at:
Hillerød Hospital – Tel: (+45) 48 29 48 29
During this check-up, the doctor will:
• Perform a urine test
• Measure blood pressure
• Conduct an external examination of the uterus
• Listen to the baby’s heartbeat
Additionally, if you are Rhesus negative, a new blood test may be taken.
We will also discuss your well-being and any special considerations that need to be addressed during your pregnancy.
During this period, you will undergo a nuchal translucency scan at the hospital.
This ultrasound examination, combined with blood test results measuring two pregnancy-related hormones, helps estimate the risk of Down syndrome in the fetus.
Important:
• This test is not a precise chromosomal analysis of the fetus but rather a risk assessment.
• If the calculated risk is greater than 1 in 300, you will be offered an additional chromosomal analysis via a chorionic villus sampling (placental tissue biopsy) if you choose to proceed.
This check-up includes the same examinations as in Week 25, including:
• Urine test
• Blood pressure measurement
• External examination of the uterus
• Listening to the baby’s heartbeat
Additionally, at this appointment, we will focus on discussing the birth and any questions or concerns you may have regarding labor and delivery.
First Midwife Visit
• Your first appointment with the midwife will take place during this period.
• The midwife offers consultations throughout pregnancy, depending on whether it is your first pregnancy and how your pregnancy is progressing.
Ultrasound Examination at the Hospital
• A detailed ultrasound scan is performed to examine the baby’s organs.
• In many cases, but not always, the baby’s gender can be determined during this scan.
During this appointment, you will have:
• A pelvic examination
• A discussion about sexual health and contraception options after childbirth

What is a Vaccine?
A vaccination protects children against serious diseases caused by specific viruses or bacteria. When a child is vaccinated, their body produces antibodies, which provide immunity in the same way as if they had contracted the disease naturally.
If the child later comes into contact with the bacteria or virus they have been vaccinated against, the immune system “remembers” these microorganisms and can immediately fight them off using the pre-formed antibodies.
Types of Vaccines
• Killed (inactivated) vaccines – Contain parts of dead viruses or bacteria.
• Live vaccines – Contain weakened (attenuated) viruses or bacteria that stimulate an immune response without causing disease.
